Text Message Communications
We use text messaging to communicate with you about our services. Normal messaging and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages may vary. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of text message communications at any time. To opt out, simply reply to any text message you receive from us with the word ‘STOP’ or ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’, or contact us at admin@dive-hire.com.
This will end the communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by Dive Hire, and you may opt out of those similarly.

Dive Hire provides recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition services. We strive to match candidates with suitable opportunities and assist clients in fulfilling their staffing needs. However, we do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Limitation of Liability
Dive Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
